Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please consider the following:
- All your CPD records and activities will be permanently deleted
- Your profile information and settings will be removed
- Any exported reports already downloaded will remain on your device
- You will lose access to any premium features
- Your subscription (if active) will be cancelled
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, we remove the following data from our systems:
- Personal Information: Name, email, NMC PIN, profile photo
- CPD Records: All logged activities, hours, and notes
- Account Settings: Preferences, notification settings
- Usage Data: App usage history and analytics tied to your account
- Subscription Data: Payment history with our payment processors
30-day deletion period applies
After initiating deletion, your account will be deactivated immediately.
All data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
During this period, you can contact support to cancel the deletion request.
